What started as a small dream turned into a buzzing shop with over 30 creative flavors, a loyal community, and a brand people can’t stop talking about.
Named after my daughter and me, Mia & Victoria is more than a name — it’s a story of love, hustle, and cheesecake.

SIMPLE SETUP
Start with just 30 m², a small team, and a strong brand. A compact kitchen is enough — no full restaurant setup needed.
Initial setup: €20,000–30,000 (includes branding, stock, fit-out, and equipment)
FAST RETURN
Franchise Fee: €25,000 + IVA for the first franchise partner €35,000 + IVA standard fee thereafter
Royalty Fee: 6% (of net sales, tax-free) Most franchisees recover their investment within 3–6 months, thanks to strong daily cash flow.
